Use Post-it Notes® to streamline report card assessments and parent conferences.

Write each of your student’s name on the bottom margin of a Post-it® Note, leaving the tops blank.
Then, layer each Post-it® Note one on top of each other onto a clipboard so that only the names show from underneath. Put a blank Post-it® Note on the top of the stack.
When it’s time to make your grading assessments, just flip to the Post-it® Note of the student you're grading and make your notes.
When parent teacher conferences come, you already have your information all in one place. This makes it easy to review before each meeting, and maintains privacy if you leave the clipboard out.
