    Remove 12 Post-it® Notes from a pad. Do not pull the notes apart in order to preserve a booklet.

    On the top note, draw a cell (choose either plant or animal) in interphase.

    On the second note, draw a cell (in approximately the same spot as the cell on the first page) in early prophase. Continue with the next note (#3) as middle prophase and the following note (#4) as late prophase.

    On the fifth note (#5), draw a cell in Metaphase. Continue on the sixth note (#6) with early Anaphase and on the seventh and eighth note (#7 & #8) with middle and late Anaphase, respectively.

    On the ninth note (#9), draw early Telophase. Again, continue on the 10th and 11th pages with middle and late Telophase. End on the 12th page with a drawing of cytokinesis, where the cell is split into two cells.

    When all of the pictures are drawn, flip through the pages to watch your animation of a cell dividing.
